At Crescent Life, LLC At Crescent Life, everything we do is grounded in four guiding principles that shape how we support individuals, families, and caregivers—calmly, respectfully, and with excellence.

Once are fully licensed, we look forward to serving your family member over age 18. We can assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and other Non-Medical Care for Seniors and loved ones with Special Needs or even at home recovery post hospital stays. We are available to assist any hours or days needed. Services will be non-medical and customized based on individual needs and requests under the supervision of your dedicated Care Team and consultation with our Certified Registered Nurse.

How do I schedule services?

At this time (January 2026) we are not able to offer services until receiving our license. Please fill out the interest form and we will let you know when we are open for service and assist you further.
